Professional result

Sharpens knives effectively with a two-step grinding system. Diamond-coated rods refine the edge, while the ceramic rods honing, polishes and strengthen it. This method ensures both sides of the knife are effectively sharpened simultaneously at an adjustable angle of 15° for Japanese knives or 20° for European knives. Also suitable for sharpening single-beveled knives like sushi knives.

Swedish patented technology  

The Self-Adjusting Function (SAF) optimizes the grinding effect, eliminates incorrect angular movement, and adapts to the knife edge. The advanced rotatable diamond and ceramic rods maximize the contact surface. The advantage of the adjustable V-shaped design ensures the rods are pressed apart keeping the correct angle regardless of the position of the knife in both a vertical and a horizontal movement. The unique construction differs significantly from classic roller sharpeners and sharpening steels due to the flat rods with a significantly larger contact surface.

Recommendation for daily use

For continuous maintenance of sharpness, honing/polishing with the ceramic rods is recommended for daily maintenance. The diamond side should only be used when sharpness is no longer achieved by honing/polishing with the ceramic rods.

So easy to use! Anyone can get sharp knives in no time with this gadget. It's easy to assemble and takes up almost no space, which means there's a greater chance it will be used. I am super satisfied!

Very easy to use, and it provides incredibly good results in a very short time. 3-5 minutes per knife is more than enough! Highly recommended! I've tried other sharpening options, but nothing beats this.
